My name is Ben Pedersen and I've made it my life's mission to inspire people to live the life they envision for themselves, their children, and their children's children, through building a strong and noble character.

 

After serving as an officer in the United States Navy for nearly a decade, sailing around the world, and leading teams in demanding and stressful environments, I know what it takes to lead with character, perform at the highest levels, and motivate one's team to success.

Now I've turned my attention to supporting you wherever you are along your journey. 

 

Since leaving active duty, I have dedicated myself supporting others through my work, which includes a weekly newsletter filled with inspirational and encouraging content, along with my weekly podcast, the Character of Success, and the Amazon #1 Best-selling book, "The Character of Success."
